Interests: Hanging out with family and friends. I love the beach, but not so fond of snow. Love love love my God, and am thankful to be at Manna church. Love hanging out and emailing my small group girls. Having my nightly unwind time, conversation and prayertime with my gift is definitely one of my favorite parts of the day. I'm kind of a nerd and do the whole scrapbooking thing too. Oh, and if coffee and chocolate are considered interests, I'll add them to the list.
Expertise: Expertise??? I'd say I have a lot of room to grow in a lot of ways!

Been awhile....

Well, married life is awesome!  My husband is the most wonderful man in the world, and I am the most wonderful wife in the world.  (Dictated by Dan, transcribed by Rach!)

So we're sitting in the living room the other day talking about kids (no, not yet thank you very much), and discussing whether or not there are any words we won't let them say.

Dan says "Well, of course not cuss words."

Rach says "No, but some parents don't let their kids say 'butt' or 'fart.'"

Dan sarcastically says, "Yeah, like we can really enforce that!"

hahahahah, oh, so very true.  :)

So... I'm married.  :)  Maybe one of these days I can put some of the pictures up on my site.  If not, my brother has some on his.

Anyway, things went great, the wedding... I almost walked down the aisle to "Feliz Navidad."   Not kidding.  Dominican Republic was GORGEOUS and I most definitely want to go back there... maybe I'll get some pictures up of that too.  And then week with families in Ohio was good but too cold for my liking.  Back in NC now and glad to be home.  It's most definitely wonderful to be home with my husband and building our life together.  Love him, love him, love him.  :)

Oh, and I never really responded to the whole facial hair thing.... he shaved it all off for the wedding and we definitely missed it.  So moral of the story, I'm a fan of the facial hair... beard or goatee, I think I like them both equally.  :)

Love you guys.  God bless you today.

Rach

My gift of a fiancee has apparently grown a beard.  I will let you all know how it looks when I see him Friday.  Either gorilla man or stud... it's a toss up.  :)

Why is it that late night people are always late night people??  No matter how tired I am during the day, when I get home from work, or even when I'm doing whatever around the house, I still, nonetheless, don't go to bed early.

Are yall late nighters or early morningers?  I may growl at you next time I see you if you're a morning person... just warning you.  It's a subconscious I-hate-mornings thing, nothing personal.

Do you ever wonder what your dog thinks of you?  Or what they think in general?  My dog really does things that make me think he is so smart.  He's just terrified of people.  Go figure.  Oh to have the life of a dog... eat, sleep, lift your leg to pee, and get pet all day...
